What You'll Really Be Doing

You’ll spend most of your day keeping company records tidy – putting information into systems, checking it’s right before it leaves your desk, and fixing it when it’s wrong. In particular:

• Entering new information into the company's databases and keeping the information current
• Working with documents in spreadsheets and electronic files
• Carefully check the entries before submitting anything
• Electronic filing and organization of documents for easy retrieval
• Detection and correction of errors in existing records
• Confidential is to keep something confidential.
• Getting tasks done before the deadline, not after

Who is this role for?

• Graduate Students
• It doesn’t matter if you’re a recent college graduate or if you already have experience.
• Computer and internet savvy
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is a big plus

Salary & Benefits
