What You'll Actually Be Doing

As a CS Executive, you'll be giving customers information and resolving service requests across different channels. Your work may include:

• Helping customers with questions via phone, chat, or email
• Handling queries related to orders, deliveries, and account services
• Resolving routine customer issues as per company policy
• Logging every interaction in the helpdesk system
• Updating customer information as needed
• Coordinating with internal teams to close out open cases
• Keeping service quality consistent across every interaction
• Completing voice and non-voice assignments as scheduled
