Chat Process Executive at Careervani – 100% Online Job Home Based

We are expanding our work-from-home customer support team at Careervani and are looking for Chat Process Executives to join us. Good news if you’re not a phone person – this is a 100% non-voice role. There are no inbound or outbound calls at all. Everything is done via live chat and email.

As a Chat Process Executive, you’ll be answering customer questions, helping resolve common issues and guiding people to solutions for our products or services — all in writing. You’ll also update customer details and ensure each call is professional, accurate and wrapped up in a reasonable amount of time.

This role is 100% written communication, so good English writing skills are very important here. Your answers need to be precise and accurate, and free from spelling and grammatical errors – customers read every word you write so precision is important.

What You’ll Do:

• Customer communication through live chat and email
• Delivering accurate information in line with company policies
• Handling customer complaints calmly & professionally
• Escalate unresolved issues to the right team as needed
• Updating and maintaining customer records subsequent to each interaction
• Meet daily productivity and quality standards
• Maintaining company standards in every conversation

What we are searching for

• Fresher graduates are welcome. Experienced candidates are welcome.
• If you are an undergraduate, you should have a minimum of 6 months relevant experience
• Excellent written English grammar and spelling – this is non-negotiable for the role
• Basic computer skills and comfortable typing
• Ability to manage multiple chat conversations at once when things get busy
• Good attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Good internet connection and suitable work from home arrangement
• Available for day and nite shifts

Skills That Will Help You Here

• Experience with live chat support

Training & Work shifts

You won’t be thrown in there cold: before you start taking live customer calls, you’ll be trained on our chat system, internal processes and quality standards. Depending on the needs of the business, day and nite shifts are available and shift preference will normally be discussed during the hiring process.
