Catalog Quality Analyst (Work From Home) Graduates

We have sellers all over India adding thousands of products to our platform every single day, and a lot of that data comes in messy — wrong images, missing specs, duplicate listings, mismatched titles. We are looking for Catalog Quality Analysts to stop these issues before they get to a buyer. If you’re the sort of person who automatically spots tiny mistakes – a typo, a slightly wrong color, an image that doesn’t match the title – then this job is probably a good fit for you.

This is fully remote and we’ll train you on our internal catalog systems before you get to live work so you don’t need prior catalog experience to apply.

What the job really involves:

Sellers upload new product listings every single day -- some days the title doesn't match the image, some days the color is wrong, some days the specifications are just missing altogether, or maybe the same product is duplicated by mistake. Your job is to catch them before the customers do and ensure they meet our internal quality standards. Let me be clear – this is not a sales role and you will not be on the phone with customers. It's all catalog review work.

You will be day by day:

• Checking out new product listings
• Check that the titles match the product pictures
• Checking colors, sizes, brand names and specs are accurate
• Finding duplicate listings in the catalog
• Correcting mistakes in the text where possible Pointing out anything that is wrong or misleading before it appears
• Keeping logs of what you’ve checked and approved
• Looping in the internal catalog team if you need more information on something
• Meeting your daily review targets
• Refreshing listings in line with our quality guidelines

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream – we don’t care about the stream
• New graduates comfortable working on a computer all day are absolutely welcome
• Catalog management, data entry, e-commerce ops, content review or backend process work experience a plus, but not required

Real skills that matter here:

Before you start making changes, read this carefully – it’s probably the single most important thing.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• You see spelling and formatting errors without someone telling you
• You can match a picture to the written description and tell when they do not match
• You organize digital information
• You learn new software fast
• You can do repetitive work all day and your accuracy doesn’t drop off

Hours of work:

Most teams operate on a standard 8-hour, Monday-Friday work week. Just a heads up though, during big shopping festivals or promotional events, there might be extra work scheduled because volume spikes hard during those periods. Exact shift details will be provided once selected.

Salary and benefits:

₹29,000-30,000 per month depending on your qualification, experience and interview performance. In addition to base salary, eligible employees receive:
