Business Development Executive (Freshers)

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to work with us. This is perfect for someone who likes to talk to people and wants to learn sales & client handling from scratch. No sales experience required – we’ll train you.

Job Description:

Your everyday tasks

You will help us attract new customers and keep the relationships with the existing customers. The work includes:

• Research and Outreach to Potential Clients
• Phone, email or online meetings with companies
• Explaining what Careervani does and whether it is a fit for them
• Follow up with people who are interested
• Logging leads and conversations so nothing is missed
• Update on status to your boss
• Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns requiring sales input
• Sharing client feedback with the team
• Achieving your individual and team targets

You’ll learn client communication, negotiation and sales planning on the job – skills that carry into most sales roles after this.

What to Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree, B.A. or B.B.A.
• We welcome new graduates.
• No previous work experience required, sales/marketing internship or college project is helpful, but not necessary

Valuable Skills

• Good English, spoken and written
• Comfortable talking to people you don’t know
• Basic negotiation skills
• Time management skills
• Can juggle a few leads at a time and not get lost
• Willing to learn new processes

Basic knowledge in MS Office is mandatory. If you've used a CRM before, great, if not we'll show you ours.

Hours of work

Monday-Friday, 9:30AM to 6:30PM Some flexibility based on work load. There will be the occasional client meeting that requires you to be available on a weekend, but this is rare.
