Amazon has opened vacancies for Customer Service Representative positions for its Online Chat Support team. Male & Female candidates can apply online before the closing date.

As an online chat agent, you will help customers with questions related to their orders, deliveries, returns, payments, refunds and account issues. As this is a chat based role your primary focus will be providing clear and accurate responses and providing a positive customer experience throughout. Freshers are welcome and selected candidates will be trained before handling live customer conversations.

• Higher Secondary Completed ( 12th Pass) or equivalent qualification

• Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required
• Open to freshers as well as experienced individuals having knowledge of customer support, chat support, BPO, retail, telecalling or e-commerce

Training is conducted prior to regular work.

What the job involves

• Responding to customer questions through Amazon’s online chat service
• Assisting customers with order tracking, delivery updates, returns/exchanges, and refund requests
• Sharing product, service, and promotional information and account settings
• Providing customer support according to Amazon support policies
• Correctly recording customer interactions in internal systems
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate support team when required
• Maintaining professionalism & friendliness in all interactions
• Keep abreast of company policies, new services, and product information
• Working closely with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience
• Meet response time and quality standards on assigned work

• Easy to type and handle several chats at the same time

Hours of work

This is a part-time, remote position, 20-30 hours/week on average. Candidates must be flexible to work on an evening, weekend or Public Holiday as and when required. Shift patterns will be based on business needs.
